"Hello my name is Shauna Jankoviak of Perfectly Planned Weddings and Events here in Austin, Texas, and today I am going to explain to you how to formally RSVP to a wedding. So what you will receive with your invitation is a respond card. It will have on here please reply by, and a date, and a spot where you can put your name, and whether or not you will attend. Now you do want to be sure to respond either way. If you are going to be attending the ceremony or not, please let the couple know. And you just put your name, and you can mark will attend or will not attend, and then mail it back to the couple. And please be sure to RSVP with the couple by the due date so that they are able to get to the catering, and the other vendors the final numbers for their reception, and their ceremony. And if it does only state your name on the invitation just know that the couple is not allowing guests at this time. Or if they do have on there that you are able to bring guests then you may bring a friend or a loved one or spouse with you. These days with the Internet a lot of couples are creating websites for their wedding ceremony, and you are able to RSVP on the website. All that you would need to do is go to the website that is listed on there. Sometimes some couples will include a username and password for you. You would type that into the website, and then you are able to access their information. And then you just put in there your name, and the number of guests that will be arriving or not arriving to the reception, and ceremony for the wedding date. I am Shauna with Perfectly Planned Weddings and Events here in Austin, Texas, and this is how to formally RSVP for a wedding."
