"Hi, I'm Steven Smith; a Personal Trainer located in Atlanta, Georgia. My business is Viva Fitness specializing in personal training and exercise and nutrition. I've been training for over twenty years with an, a degree in Physical Education and Health and a master's in Exercise Physiology. I train at Urban Body Fitness which is also located in Atlanta, Georgia. I'm going to show you some ways to help reduce stomach cellulite. One of the key things you need to do is exercise on a regular basis, eat healthy and proper, the proper foods and I'll show you some exercise to do. Stomach cellulite; a cellulite can't necessarily be reduced. You can do things that I'm going to show you some ab exercises that can help reduce the appearance. There are some treatments that you can take such as Thermage which will help reduce the appearance of cellulite because basically what cellulite is is a, accumulation of toxins in the body causing those dimples. So I'm going to show you some exercises that you can do in addition to eating healthy and a good cardiovascular routine. First of all we're going to start with the basic crunch. Starting here; hands across the chest; contract and come in hold and down; contract up hold and down. Pulling the abs in, hold; notice I'm not pulling my head on my neck; I'm rolling my shoulders forward, contracting them pulling my belly button in. This is the basic crunch. So by doing this exercise, that will help you reduce the appearance of stomach cellulite. You can change the level or the intensity by changing the level of the leg here; bring the legs up, reaching or keeping them at the chest. Another exercise that you can do; a bicycle sit ups, twisting the torso of the body as the exercise is complete. Keeping the lower back into the mat, breathing as you do the exercise. Remember, you can't necessarily get rid of cellulite; but you can certainly do things to help reduce the appearance of it."
