I'm going to tell you how you can lower your LDLs or Low Density Lipoprotein, or bad cholesterol in other words, through exercise. The key way to lower LDL's is cardiovascular exercise, if you can get three to give days a week, at least 20 minutes a day, maybe five days a week, you'll get your best results, at least 20 to 30 minutes a day you are guaranteed to lower your LDL's significantly.
