How to Recycle Your Old Credit Cards Into a Business Card Holder for Home Office Use

Caution: we must use discretion when recycling old credit cards for craft projects as your cards contain critical personal and account information about you.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Gather the materials you will need for this craft project.

  2. Step 2

    Mark and score two lines on the back of one of the credit cards. One line measures 5/8" from the edge (long side); the other 3/4" from the edge (long side).

  3. Step 3

    Fold at the two lines.

  4. Step 4

    Apply double-sided adhesive tape to the bottom of the folded card. Then, glue it to the base card.

  5. Step 5

    Optional: you may also want to add a pen-holding feature to your card holder. A small wood cube/dice (3/4") as shown in the photo can be drilled to hold the pen. The dice can be glued to the base in the back.
