Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Collect shrink-wrapped items from grocery store and hardware store. Remove shrink wrap film without cutting or tearing.

  2. Step 2

Make a support to hold the ball. I used a bottle cap attached to a block of wood, but you could easily use a cardboard tube like out of a roll of toilet paper.

  3. Step 3

Place the ball on the support, and slide the shrink-wrap label down over the ball. Center the ball within the shrink-wrap.

  4. Step 4

Using a hair dryer on high heat, start at the center, go around the ball first, and then work around the edges.

  5. Step 5

If you have any excess material at the ends, it can be trimmed with a razor blade or scissors.

  6. Step 6

Final shrinking around the cut edges can be done with a lighter or heat-source stronger than the hair dryer.
