Hello I am Rosario Nene Ortega, I am a dance instructor. I am performing at the Goddess Store in Hollywood, Florida. In this clip I am going to show you some steps for slow dancing. What you are going to need are comfortable clothing, comfortable pair of shoes, the desire to slow dancing, and a partner. In the mirror you can see the footwork, and them I am going to show you the upper body. So I am going to start with the footwork. So it is very easy for slow dancing. Basically what you are going to do is one side, and together, open to the other side, and together. So it is going to be going to the right, and together, going to the left, and together. It is going to be like one, and two, and one, and two. Also you can go around both of you. So it is going to be one foot, the other foot so you transfer your body weight to the right, and you transfer the body weight to the left. So I am going to show you now with a partner how this looks like. So first will be side together side together, and then we go around, and we keep our frame in the upper body.
