Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Stand with your legs slightly wider than shoulder width and grasp a kettlebell, or dumbbell with one hand between your legs.

  2. Step 2

    Bend your legs, and drive your hips back as if you're sitting in a chair, while keeping your back straight and your eyes focused on the ceiling/sky

  3. Step 3

    Explode the hips forward by squeezing your butt tight and pushing your hips forward while keeping your arm nice and loose.

  4. Step 4

    As the kettlebell comes back down squat down with it while keeping your back straight, once it goes as far as it can between your legs repeat the first motion and explode your hips forward again
