How to Make a Cardinal Suncatcher Out of Old Compact Disc

This is a great winter project. Recycle those unwanted compact disc. If you love to craft as I do, this is for you and watch for more to come. I have crafted all my life so it does come naturally. Great craft to do with children in the winter keeps them occupied.Take sharpie and mark out pattern on all foam pieces and with scissors cut out pattern.

Now take your two compact disc and drill a hole in them for hanging. With advertising on inside glue compact disc ( shiny side out) to cardinal body making sure to line up your drilled hole for hanging. Let dry for 24 hours.

Assemble eyes, beek,.. etc then take your marker and draw a few lines on your wings and tail.
Fold wings in half insert into the middle of the compact disc pull half way trough. poke pen trough hanging hole and hang. Attracts humming birds.
