"Hi, my name's Lisa. I'm a hairstylist in Wilmington, North Carolina and I'm going to talk about how to straighten medium hair. So I'm going to start with a section. On the bottom of the section I'm going to clip off a little bit of hair here, and then I'm going to use a thermal protection spray, and a nice hot flatiron. So you continue up the section, smoothing the hair with the flatiron. And that is how you get medium hair straight."
