Hi, this is Lauden Vergara and I'm with ABC Bartending School here in Miami, Florida. In this clip we're going to show you how to make a Wine Margarita. It's a whole different variation from the regular margarita. Well what is a margarita? It's typically tequila, triple sec, which is an orange flavored liqueur and sour mix which is a concentrated lemon-lime syrupy, frosty ingredient for your margaritas. But this is a whole different game. Let's start off with your tin with ice, some nice red wine, four counts worth. The difference is, you're going to put some Cointreau, about two counts Cointreau is an orange flavored liqueur, typical to the triple sec but very high in alcohol content compared to the typical triple sec. You're going to go ahead and use some nice tequila, maybe a silver tequila, Patron for instance. About four counts worth of that also. Then you're going to add some Sprite, but you want to make sure that you shake all this stuff up with maybe some fruit. Well, wine will bring out all those fruit flavors so go ahead and cut some orange pieces, you know, that way, you might want to take the lid off of it, I mean the skin, off of it. Nice little chunks in there, go ahead and throw those in there. I'm going to throw some pieces of pineapple, that'll make it taste good. Remember when you make drinks, you're like a chef back here so you've got to make sure it tastes good. All different variations, might just make it taste better. So go ahead and throw that in there, and give it a good shake. Get all those flavors in there mixed in. Then get your glass, pour that in there with your fruit chunks going all in there. Go ahead and grab a piece of fruit here and add it to the side. And maybe a another piece of strawberry in there. I want to go ahead and top that off with some Sprite. Give it a little zing in there. This has been Lauden Vergara, thank you for watching.
