Hi, this is Lauden Vergara and I'm with ABC Bartending Schools here in Miami, Florida. In his clip we're going to show you how to make a Melon Margarita. Now what is a margarita? It's typically a Mexican drink made with tequila, triple sec, which is an orange liqueur and sour mix. Well sour mix is basically a lemon lime concentrated with a nice froth, it gives you a nice little head on top of the drink. Makes it look good. I'm going to start off with a ice tin, some tequila, okay, about four seconds worth of tequila, okay. Then we're going to go take a melon liqueur, like Midori for example, give it a nice two count on that. I'm going to add some sour mix, give it a good swig, and you want to give it a good shake. Now Melon Margaritas are very refreshing. You like to get them, maybe poolside, have a nice sweet cocktail, with a lemon flavor, melon flavor, I'm sorry. Give it a nice lemon wedge, and you're good to go. Now this Melon Margarita has Midori. Midori is a Japanese product meaning green, very traditional, it's a honeydew, okay, not watermelon, it's honeydew melon. So it has a sweeter flavor. Now to garnish this, you might want to get a piece of honeydew melon, slice it up, give it a nice little chop, chop and put your chunk right there on the side and you've got your Melon Margarita. Thank you very much for watching, that was Lauden and I'll see you next time.
