Hi, my name is Tonya Batts. I'm a personal trainer with Gold's Gym. Here's just a few things you can do that can really help reduce that upper back pain. A great stretch to do you kind of need the doorway but I'm going to pretend I got a doorway right here with the resistant span. Great thing you want to do if you got a doorway, place your hands on both sides of the door and you just want to lend forward. It's a pectoral stretch. You really stretching the chest but if you don't have a doorway if you just don't want to get up, grab a resistant span a small one and all I'm doing is just pulling me. Pulling me back is a great stretch for the chest, shoulders. Hold it for fifteen seconds. Release it. Do it for another fifteen seconds and then do it again. Three times you really have to do it to really get the benefits. Another great thing for the upper body, you got to keep the upper body strong if you don't want any pain. So, feet I'm just going to lift. I'm working right there in the middle of the back right between the shoulder blades and the shoulders are working hard just keeping that back strong. That's what it's about. If you really want to get rid of that upper back pain, you got to keep working the upper back. You just can't lay down. Alright, simple move I'm going to the floor simple all the way down because you really want to strengthen that upper body just want to lift and lower. Even fingertips can be on the head this way, fingertips on the head or take the arms straight down by the side with the palms down. Lifting lowering this really going to work the upper body more with the arms in front. So, those are just a few things you can do to really help relieve that upper back pain that you're having right between the shoulder blades.
