Today I'm going to show you how to do push-ups using an exercise ball. The first thing you want to do is get on to the ball. And the easiest way to do that is to roll yourself over, and then walk your hands out. Now, if you have the ball underneath your knees, that's going to be easier than if you were to keep walking and go to your ankles. So for now, we'll stay at our knees. And you can either keep elbows in as you go down, or elbows can go wide to the side. Again, to make it harder, more difficult, you're going to walk out. Elbows can go in or elbows can go wide to the side. Walk yourself slowly back in, find the floor, and that's how you can do push ups using an exercise ball.
