Today I'm going to show you how to do a rowing exercise using the exercise band. So to begin we're going to wrap the exercise band around our flexed feet and we're going to put our hands on either side of the band, palms facing towards us. We're going to posteriorly tilt the pelvis, reaching back, arms rotate and go back to your hips, arms come up and round over. So again posteriorly tilt, arms go out and by your sides, raise the arms and then rotate in the shoulder joint and that's how you can do a rowing exercise using a band. Rowing using an exercise band is a great exercise. The first part of it really helps to engage the abdominal muscles but most of it is really great for strengthening the rotator cuff muscles and the scapula stabilizers which is just your shoulders being stable and not moving so again a great exercise to use.
