Hi, I'm Dave Dubail with Dubail Fitness Institute in Miami, Florida. In this clip I'm going to show you how to do a one arm push ups. One-arm push-ups are an advanced exercise and advanced push-up to add some more resistance and more dynamic to your push-up routine. Now the thing to remember when doing a, a one-arm push-up is you got to spread your feet apart so you can get balance. One hand and it's going to be, not way out to the side; more into the middle and doesn't really matter where your arm goes; but traditionally everybody puts it behind their back. You can switch them up, that way each arm's working or you can just do repetitions with one arm. Another way to do it is to add medicine balls; it's a starter. So if you need; it's a build-up exercise where you put a little bit of pressure so you can start building that up and if you feel like you're going to fall, you'd be catching yourself. And soon enough, you're hitting that. Remember to spread your feet; whew, hardly gets up. Remember to spread your feet and it's a great exercise to add. Let me show it to you one more time. You want to get the balance; hand inside, middle; keep everything tight; keep the abs tight; you don't want to drop and keep them up too high. Lower it all down and drive it up. I like switching them off and on; it reminds me the old Rocky movies and it's a great exercise and will really do a lot for adding some dynamic to your routine. Once again, this is David Dubail; thanks for watching.
