Hi this is Milawna, and we are at Tap Tap in South Beach Miami showing you how make mojitos. In this clip I am going to show you how to make a pineapple mango mojito. What is a mojito? Well a mojito is a traditional Cuban drink that is drank at gatherings that was made by the field workers in the sugar cane for the plantation owners. Here at Tap Tap we are famous for making these mojitos. However, today I am going to show you a traditional Cuban mango pineapple mojito. I am going to start with fresh mint, and I am going to muddle the mint with raw sugar. It is very important to muddle the mint, because it gives you the full flavor, the essence that is in the stem of the mint. Start by building this mojito in the glass. It is an ounce and one half of rum, you can use any of your favorite rum. I am going to fill up the mixture with lime juice, fresh pineapple juice, and fresh mango juice. I am going to give it a good stir, and I am going to add it to my mixture. I am going to top it off with fresh mint, sugar cane, and a pineapple and lime garnish. And here you have a pineapple mango mojito. And now we are going to try it. Umm, it is delicious. The combination of the pineapple and the mango is an excellent choice. This is Milawna making you a pineapple mango mojito, and thank you for watching.
