"Hi, this is Deb Cikovic with Dual Dot Media. Today I'm going to show you how to create a filter in Photoshop. There are lots of filters out there that you can just get but a lot of people want to make their own so we're going to make a really simple filter. This is just an over exposure so we're going to take just a random picture of pillows on a couch. So we're going to take the picture, pull it in. There they are, yellow, green, red on a white couch. We're going to go to filter, to other, custom and as you can see it's already over exposed just because I was already playing around with the settings but everyone of these boxes does a different thing so we're going to just move the boxes down and I'm going to change them and you can see how the picture itself changes just by changing the settings on the boxes. It changes the tones, how the highlights hit, just different things. Once you are happy with the way your picture looks you've made a filter and that's it."
