"The next rule for the position of wide receiver is catching the ball. Now you could either catch the ball with your hands or you could either catch the ball with your body but a lot of our receivers choose to catch the ball with there hands and them pull it in to there body. But sometimes you can catch the ball with your body and it is not a good catch you can fumble it or hit your the wrong way. So in speed timing games a lot of people do it different a lot of our receivers will switch it up they would catch it with there bodies, they would catch it with there hands, they would catch it with whatever they want to catch it with. Which way they want to catch it with so knowing this demonstration I can catch it with my body or I can even catch it with my hands. "
