This follows along with the video, so in case you can't watch the video for any reason then please read along.

The first step to disabling or turning the UAC (user account control) off or on is to:
Click on START
Next, click on Control Panel -
Step 3
Once control panel is opened you will scroll down till you find USER ACCOUNTS.
Once user accounts options are open than look at the very bottom, you will read:
"Turn user account control on or off" -
Step 4
On the next options screen you will have the option to click or un-click the box next to:
"Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer"
Then click on "ok" and your done.
Note: A reboot may be required.

on 9/3/2009 great that you added this video to your article. i'd recommend turning down the volume on the voice recording and in fact, there are some audio skips in the video too....good job though. :)
