Launch SAP Business One

Navigate to: Main Menu > Inventory > Inventory Reports > Inventory in Warehouse Report.
This will launch the Inventory in Warehouse Report - Selection Criteria Window. Here you can set the filters for your report as well as selecting the source for prices to display. -
Step 3
Select the Last Evaluated Price List from the price list drop down menu.
This price list contains the Item Costs of your inventory from the last time you ran the Inventory Audit Report (more on this later). -
Step 4
Click OK and launch the Inventory in Warehouse Report
Note the prices in the Last Evaluated Price column for the items. We will now update that price list to make sure the costs are current and accurate. -
Step 5
Close the Inventory in Warehouse Report

Navigate to: Main Menu > Inventory > Inventory Reports > Inventory Audit Report
This will launch the Inventory Audit Report - Selection Criteria Window. Here you can set the filters for your report as well as selecting the source for prices to display. -
Step 7
Run the report with as few filters as possible.
Running this report triggers an action in the background by SAP Business One to take the Item Costs from each item and copy it into the Last Evaluated Price price list. -
Step 8
Close the Inventory Audit Report.

Navigate to: Main Menu > Inventory > Inventory Reports > Inventory in Warehouse Report.

Click OK to run the report.
Note your item costs in the price list now. They should be updated with your most recent item costs from the last running of the inventory audit report. -

Close the report. End.
