Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Get yourself into a gym and find an open flat bench press.

  2. Step 2

Do some stretching and light work in order to warm up the target muscles

  3. Step 3

Add weight plates to both sides of the bar.

  4. Step 4

Lay down on the bench and get under the bar. Grab the bar with a grip that is slightly wider than shoulder width.

  5. Step 5

Lift the bar off the rack and lower it in controlled manner down to your nipple line. While doing so, be sure to keep you elbows SLIGHTLY tucked in to keep unnecessary pressure off your shoulders.

  6. Step 6

Lift the bar upwards in a controlled manner. Squeeze your chest muscles in the process. Stop just shy of a complete arm lockout.
