How to Keep Baby Wipes Moist

Gather materials.

Gather your materials. You will need an unopened package of Pampers baby wipes, scissors, marker, and tape.

Mark pattern on baby wipes.

Mark a pattern on your baby wipes as shown using your Sharpie marker. This will be the opening for your baby wipes.

Cut along pattern lines.

Cut along the pattern lines of your baby wipes. You're basically drawing a large rectangle with the short side missing.

Tear tape.

Tear a piece of tape slightly longer than the top cut on your baby wipes.

Seal the top.

Seal the top cut with the tape, leaving a little extra tape at the cut corner.

Smooth tape.

Smooth the tape down over the cut. Try not to overlap the pouch edges.

Repeat previous 3 steps.

Repeat the previous three steps to the lower cut side of the baby wipes.

Tuck under extra tape.

Tuck the extra tape under, and adhere it to itself, as shown, to form a non sticky corner.

Repeat previous step.

Repeat the previous step to the top long cut.

Both corners taped and tucked.

Both of the corners on your baby wipes should look like the photo.

Tear tape to length.

Tear a piece of tape the length of the short cut, and adhere it to the top of baby wipes, as shown.

Overlap tape 1/4

Tear another piece of tape the length of the short cut, and adhere to the underside of the baby wipe plastic. The top tape should overlap the bottom tape by about ¼ of an inch.

Tuck corner to form non sticky tab.

Tuck the corner under, and adhere it to itself as shown. This will be the non sticky tab you use to open and seal your baby wipes to keep them moist.

Overlap the underside of tape.

This is how much the top should overlap underside of the short cut.

Take a wipe or two...

Close the flap...

Voila! Now you've got moist baby wipes until the very last one. You keep the package sealed and fresh with every use.
