  1. Step 1
    10 steps number 1 Step 2

    Step 1. Cross hands over head. Your right hand is over your left hand.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2. Move left foot into Horse Stance. Make sure that both knees are bent and that your back is straight. Both hands are still above your head.

  3. Step 3

    Step 3. Pull both hands into stand-by position. Some call this hand position the Chamber position. You are still in a good Horse Stance.

    Step 4. Mid section punch with left hand – Yell. Punch directly towards your imaginary opponent's Solar Plexus (the area where the V-neck starts on the uniform). Yell at the same time that you punch.

    Step 5. Mid section punch with right hand – Yell. Punch directly towards your imaginary opponent's Solar Plexus (the area where the V-neck starts on the uniform). Yell at the same time that you punch.

    Step 6. Grab energy in front of mouth. Bring both fists in front of chin, your palms facing your body. Maintain your good Horse Stance.

    Step 7. Move left foot back to Cat Stance. Maintain your fist position in front of face.

    Step 8. Move back into Ready Stance. Simply place your left heel down, exchanging your Cat Stance into Ready Stance, your fists brought down and palms facing your body.

    Step 9. Execute Attention Stance. Bring left heel to touch your right heel, opening your palms and placing them against the sides of your legs.
