10 steps number 1 Step 3Step 3. Pull both hands into stand-by position. Some call this hand position the Chamber position. You are still in a good Horse Stance.

10 steps number 1 Step 4Step 4. Mid section punch with left hand – Yell. Punch directly towards your imaginary opponent's Solar Plexus (the area where the V-neck starts on the uniform). Yell at the same time that you punch.

10 steps number 1 Step 5Step 5. Mid section punch with right hand – Yell. Punch directly towards your imaginary opponent's Solar Plexus (the area where the V-neck starts on the uniform). Yell at the same time that you punch.

10 steps number 1 Step 6Step 6. Grab energy in front of mouth. Bring both fists in front of chin, your palms facing your body. Maintain your good Horse Stance.

10 steps number 1 Step 7Step 7. Move left foot back to Cat Stance. Maintain your fist position in front of face.

10 steps number 1 Step 8Step 8. Move back into Ready Stance. Simply place your left heel down, exchanging your Cat Stance into Ready Stance, your fists brought down and palms facing your body.

10 steps number 1 Step 9Step 9. Execute Attention Stance. Bring left heel to touch your right heel, opening your palms and placing them against the sides of your legs.
