Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Front Whip Kick - stand at sparring position with the foot that you intend to kick with in the front.

  2. Step 2

Lean to the side and at the same time whip or loop your leg around, using the bottom or heel of your front foot to kick your target. Try to picture a side kick, where the front foot just kicks straight to the side. Now stand in front of a chair and kick over it in a loop and not straight, creating the letter "C" with your foot.

  3. Step 3

Keep your balance during the kick and go back to starting position.

  4. Step 4

Rear Let Whip Kick. Get into sparring stance, this time the foot that you are going to be using to perform the whip kick should be in the rear.

  5. Step 5

You'll be "stepping forward" with your rear foot, but do not touch the floor. This is once solid movement - move forward and loop the bottom or heel of your rear foot onto your target.

  6. Step 6

  8. Step 8

Turning Whip Kick. Starting position is the same as the last with the foot that will be performing the kick in the rear.

  9. Step 9

You'll be turning 360 degrees while looping the bottom or heel of your foot around your target. Tip - keep your leg close to you to maintain balance.
