    From Sparring Stance, attacker will punch with left hand to nose—
    Self-Defense #1
    1a. Sparring stance, left foot forward, hands up…
    (return to this position after each self defense)

  2. Step 2

    --Execute an outside block with front arm (left)

  3. Step 3

    1b. Punch with rear (right) hand to nose

  4. Step 4

    Self-Defense #2
    2a. Sparring stance, left foot forward, hands up…
    (return to this position after each self defense)

  5. Step 5

    2b. Execute Inside Block with left hand

  6. Step 6

    2c. Punch with rear (right) hand to nose
