Place skillet on stove over low heat. Preheating your greased frying pan aids in the process to keep food from sticking to the pan.

ham and eggsCrack Eggs into a bowl, add milk, beat with whisk. Do not over whip or you will end up with a meringue.

Add ham to mixture.

Pour mixture into a greased heated frying pan.

Stir mixture in skillet over low heat with a spatula. Constant stirring of mixture prevents burning.

When mixture is heated though add top with cheese. Allow cheese to melt.

Spoon out mixture onto a serving plate.
