How to Make Mother's Secret Recipe Scrambled Eggs, Ham and Cheese

Summary: MMMM!!! scrambled eggs, cheese and ham. This is a quick and easy breakfast that is good enough to eat all day. You can vary the amounts of eggs, ham and cheese to taste. Add more ingredients to serve more people. I never measure this while cooking so use your own judgment. If it is just me I use three eggs. I add at least two to three eggs for every person that I am going to serve.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Spray Skillet with non-stick cooking spray. This keeps food from sticking and makes clean up quite a bit easier also. Non-stick cooking spray adds very little to the fat content of your food so it makes it a healthier meal.

  2. Step 2

    Place skillet on stove over low heat. Preheating your greased frying pan aids in the process to keep food from sticking to the pan.

    Crack Eggs into a bowl, add milk, beat with whisk. Do not over whip or you will end up with a meringue.

  4. Step 4

    Add ham to mixture.

  5. Step 5

    Pour mixture into a greased heated frying pan.

  6. Step 6

    Stir mixture in skillet over low heat with a spatula. Constant stirring of mixture prevents burning.

  7. Step 7

    When mixture is heated though add top with cheese. Allow cheese to melt.

  8. Step 8

    Spoon out mixture onto a serving plate.

  9. Step 9

    Eat and enjoy!
