How to Build a Hydrogen Generator to Increase Your Fuel Economy

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Assembly of the plates
    Stack the plates you are using and hold in a vise. Drill a hole in one end of the plate and thread the hole using a tap and die set.
    Turn the plates over and drill a larger hole in the opposite end.
    Cut strips of rubber gasket material and lay in between the plates stacking the plates one on-top-of the other with the holes switching back and forrth from big hole to little hole to big hole ect...
    Thread the bolts all the way through and use a rubber washer on one side.
    Attach a wire to each of the bolts.
    Be sure that the plates are not touching.

  2. Step 2

    Prepare the lid
    four holes will need to be drilled in the lid two holes for the wire connection and two holes for the vaccume lines.
    Use rubber grommets on the bolts for the electrical connection.
    Use epoxy on the hose fittings and needle valve.
    Attach the plates to the lid with the wires.

  3. Step 3

    Assemble Generator
    Fill the jar with Distilled water and add a pinch of baking soda.
    Place the plates into the jar and screw on the lid.
    Secure the jar in the engine compartment.

  4. Step 4

    Intall hose fitting into air cleaner by drilling a hole into the side of your air cleaner and use epoxy to secure the hose fitting

  5. Step 5

    Wire the generator to a power source in the vehicle that is supplied by the ignition switch.

  6. Step 6

    start the vehicle and start saving fuel.
