"In this clip I'm going to show you an Omoplata and a variation of the Omoplata that I use from an arm bar. First I'll do the Omoplata for you. I'm coming up. I'm getting to the side, grab your wrist, this hand immediately I look to seatbelt up, grab around his waist and I kind of want to keep scooting my butt forward to break down his hips and then I just raise my hips higher to get the tap. I'll do that one more time for you so you can see. So, get to the side, come over, immediately I'm looking to seatbelt, scoot my butt forward and then raise my hips. Now I'm going to show you a variation from; that I use the Omoplata from the arm bar. When I'm going for my arm bar, he pulls out his wrist, I put him down grab him seatbelting, scooting forward and then raising my hips to get the submission. That's an Omoplata."
