"In this series I'm going to show you the arm bar from the guard. I'm on Leon's guard. I'm grabbing the wrist, this hand goes over to the elbow, pulls it across. Pulling it across just allows room for my hips to swing around. So, I have the swing pressuring on his head, coming around, I'm pinching my legs together like in all arm bars looking for my tap. We'll do that at another angle so you can see. Grab the wrist, pulling it to the side, clearing, coming around, and pinching. I always want to make sure; I'm just grabbing just like a baseball bat as I go around. Baseball bat, boom, right here. You can also; you can also use a tombstone grip. You can also use one hand if you need it to do other things, right here. I want to also just make sure I want to bite down with my feet; biting down makes for him so he can't pull out. Just pull out. Yeah. Exactly. Pull out, just try. I want to really bite down to get the submission. That's a fine point that a lot of people overlook. "
