"Alright in this clip I'm going to show you a Russian Tie to an arm bar. Alright. This is a real common wrestling stance that I like to use, especially in the heavy weight division. I'm going to be using this Russian Tie. I'm going to be kicking him down. I'm going to actually use my leg and kick it over, right here and I'm pinching my legs together. Alright. Then I'm going to drop down to my knees and I'm going to drive my hips forward to get the submission. Alright. You can also finish it by going back, alright, by going back the other way. You are in the Russian Tie, drive it forward and pressure it down. I'm using my shoulder to put pressure on his. Alright. Then I'm kicking over and this time I'm going to sit back, but remember the important point that I need to pinch. Alright. Even if I don't have this arm tight I'm pinching to lock down this limb and I'm using my hips to push forward to get the submission. I also want; when I'm doing arm bars I want to put his pinkie down. I'm aiming it down instead of this way, because he can move around a lot. I'm controlling the hand and using my hips to thrust my weight forward to get a submission."
