Video Transcript

"Hi, I'm going to show you a couple setups I like to use for a single leg. First of all, I need to post on my shoulder. I'm just going to pop up, step in, and grab the leg. One more time. I post, I'm hopping up, stepping, and grabbing the single leg. The other one I'm going to use, I'm going to get an under hook, and I'm going to drop the other hook down to his leg. The reason I drop this under hook one is, if I drop my hand down here first, he's going to pull it away, and then I can't get my under hook down in time. So that's always why I drop the under hook down first so I can grab the leg. The other one is posting, grabbing, under hook, and sliding down. And I'm actually--when I slide down, all right--I'm keeping my forehead in his ribs. Because that gets him leaning away once you move to take him down independent of my single leg."
