"Hi I'm Charles. In this series I'm going to be doing takedowns for MMA and grappling alright? Takedowns, when I do my double legs, first I'm going to show you a double leg. I'm going through the guy. Right on through. Another takedown I'm going to show you, single legs, and I'm going to show you a bunch of different finishes from there. I'm also going to be doing a lot of upper body throws. I'm also going to be explaining different stances to you. Like striking stances versus a real wrestling stance where my knees are real bent, and trying to find a good balance of the two. A lot of these throws that I like to do are real risky. That you kind of like give up your position. But when you hit them it's definitely worth it. When I hit these takedowns I'm trying to drive through the guy. I'm not trying to give up position, I'm just trying to be in a more dominant position that I like."
