Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Preparation.
Begin by rolling up your sleeves so they don't get wet.
Look at your self in the mirror to make sure you're ok.
Look at your hands briefly to check for untidy debris.

  2. Step 2

    Start.
Turn on the faucet to release the public water. Make sure your hands are cupped under the stream to receive the water. Let the water roll all over hands.

  3. Step 3

With wet hands, push the button on the soap dispenser with one hand to release the public soap product into the other. Carefully, pour the soap from one hand into the other and begin rubbing the unlathered soap product all over hands and forearms evenly. Rub it in like lotion until the soap begins to dry out ever so slightly.

  4. Step 4

Then cup your hands again to receive more water from the streaming faucet, but not too much. This time rub quickly to create a lathery foam. Concentrate on getting the soap to the dirt and filth. Clasp hands and rub. Get really sensual. Make sure that your hands can feel each other well, getting every nook and crevice exposed to soap. You also need to use a lot of pressure. Squeeze your hands tightly. Use findernails to massage the center of your palm.

  5. Step 5

Now you need to rinse the soap off. If you performed step 4 correctly, you should see dirt rinsing off your hands into the sink, even if there was no visible dirt on your hands to start with. If this is not the case, then you may need to repeat step 4. When rinsing continue to rub hands together roughly. Water is much more valuable to hand washing than even soap. Water is known as the universal solvent, i.e. it dissolves most substances. Therefore, a lot of water is the best key to good handwashing. Make sure the water encounters every surface of the hands, wrists, and upper forearms.

  6. Step 6

When you are done rinsing. Shake your hands off. Nature shows us that shaking is one of the best natural ways to dry oneself. Watch a wet dog or cat sometime. Shaking your hands also reduces the amount of paper towel needed to dry the hands. After shaking, seek paper towels. If there are no paper towels, dry hands on your clean clothing. DO NOT DRY HANDS ON NASTY PUBLIC REUSEABLE TOWELS OR UNDER NASTY BLOW DRYERS! Dry every nook and cranny.

  7. Step 7

Roll sleeves back down and leave.
