"Understanding auto insurance policies can be a little confusing. Obviously that is what your agent is for if you have any questions you pick up the phone call them, email them, and they can answer any questions you have. Which I think is a good idea for someone to do when you get it, because you want to know, you need to know what you are covered for, and for how much, and things of that nature. So basically that is the only way if you don't know, and don't understand it you pick up the phone, and call your agent. I mean that is what they are there for. The main part of your insurance policy is your dec page or your declarations page, which will list your name, address, any other drivers that might be on it a spouse or a child per se. And then it will show what your coverage limits are, and per for each vehicle. And that is really the most important part of it. Most insurance policies are a couple of pages, but the dec page is the most important. The rest of them is just information for you."
