"If you choose to get quotes and passes on line versus pickin' up the phone and calling someone or walkin' into their office, it is simple, it's just as easy and actually some people think it's easier than doing it on the phone. You can actually do it at 11 o'clock at night when your standing at home, basically the same as a phone quote. You, they have the information that, you know, on line, name, address, you know, phone number, VIN number and it comes in as an email and then it comes up. I'll take that information, plug it into my company's database and then I'll email it quite back. Again, I mean I don't even have to talk to you. I mean I know I said I don't have to meet you. You don't even have to talk to a person. If you choose, you know, if that's the way you like to. I personally would rather meet and talk with someone, you know. It comes to me as an email and basically just says, this person wants a quote. It's just a list of the name, address, phone number on down and I just take that information and type it into the company's, you know, database and get a quote."
