"Hey it is Kevin Schmenk for Evolution Bikes out of Acworth, Georgia, today we are going to learn how to do a 180 on a BMX bike. A one eighty is exactly what it is, it is when you turn the bike one hundred and eighty degrees just like I did there. The first thing you are going to want to do is you are going to want to practice it on something where you can just kind of land on flat, that way you know if you do not land it you do not fall down a landing and you do not have to clear a gap or anything along those lines. But what you do is you go up, you approach the ramp, get a little bit of speed, bunny hop and turn your head. Now what the turning of the head and the shoulders does is it creates the revolution that gets you to spin and causes the 180 to happen. So go up the ramp, kind of cock your body to the side, just like this motion here, and bunny hop at the same time, and it will get the bike to do a 180 rotation. Now let me show you one more time a 180, remember you are going to go towards the ramp, and bunny hop and you want to cock your shoulders like this and keep your head like you are trying to see what is behind you, and that will cause you to do the 180."
