"Hey it's Kevin Schmenk for Evolution Bikes out of Acworth, Georgia. Today I'm going to teach you how to do a 360 on a BMX bike. Previously I told you how to do a 180. Now 360 is exactly as it sounds, you turn your bike and your body 360 degrees. So you start in one position, spin and you land in the same position in which you started. Now in order to do that, you are going to have to go up the ramp and you are going to have to cock your body to the side just like I did. Now when you do it, you want to keep your body and your head turned. And with your head turned it's going to keep that rotation going and it's going to allow the bike to spin that complete 360 degrees. Now make sure you get plenty of speed and you have plenty of practice on this before you try it on a jump. You might want to try it the same way you did a 180 onto something flat or something along those lines. So you don't have to clear a gap or make a landing. But basically you just want to start get enough speed, cock your head, spin and land. Now when you go to do a 360 don't get discouraged if you don't make it all the way the first time. Cause most people don't, it took me many tries before I finally landed it. But you just got to keep practicing and the big thing is keep your head turned and keep your body cocked to the side and just keep practicing and it will come to you. And you'll finally land that 360 that you've been trying all this time."
