So certain things to look for are what style of Yoga do you do? If you're doing a really, a powerful sway, hot powerful kind of Yoga you're going to want to look for a, a mat that offers a lot of the stickeness on the texture. Also mats vary in thickness; so if you want a little more cushion, you want to look for the different measurements of mat. You want to look for the thicker measurement. Mats also vary in the products that they're made with; some are very green and they offer all recycled wool, rubbers and that kind of thing also. Really good idea is to go to your Yoga studio and ask if they offer demo mats. A lot of them have a different brands and they'll let you try out the mat; sometimes for a couple of dollars. So you can take the class, try out the mat and see which ones you like before you go and invest in that mat."
