"Hi, my name is Zetta and I'm Bliss and we're at the Junkyard at Hollywood, Florida. Right now we're going to teach you how to the Harlem Shake. And, now the Harlem Shake came from Harlem. They're a lot of fun; kids in Harlem came up with it, you know, to keep themselves out of trouble and they just dance because that's what they want to, that's what they want to do and that's how they feel the energy, taking the bad energy out. Now what we're going to do is you're going to kind of bend over a little bit; not too much; not too much and some actually keep it up; but we're going to bend over a little bit. You're going to have your shoulders kind of pivot out and at the same time you're going to bring your other shoulder out. Okay. And that while you're doing that you kind of move in from side to side and you're bringing it from side to side and you kind of leaving, leaving your hips in one section. You're not really moving your body. Some actually, they want to actually keep their bodies up; they're actually doing it like this and they're moving it. They're kind of just moving it at the same time. They're just shaking and shaking their shoulders. That's why they call it the Harlem Shake. When they actually do it, some of them actually add like little moves to the point where they keeping their, their kind of body within. They have little moves where they kind of like put their shirt over their heads and they just kind of wild out; whatever what not. But the basic step; the basic step is your shoulders. That's where it basically lays down where you sit there and you kind of shake, shake, shake, shake, shake and then when they want to add like little moves, they kind of, kind of; they kind of kick their feet up; they, and, and shake and, and shake and, and shake. And when you have it up, they just keep their body here pretty much. They don't really, they just, like I said, they move from side to side; side to side and right now we're going it to you real time. Ready Zetta? Alright, it doesn't matter how you do it; I want to just; we're going to show these guys how to do it. Ready, five, six, seven, eight and pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop; bring it up and pop, pop, pop, pop, pop and that is how to do the Harlem Shake. My name is Bliss; this is Zetta; thank you for watching."
