"Hi I'm Ronald Chase owner of Express Actions in Pahrump , Nevada. Sometimes after a transaction your money will get frozen in your Paypal account. This could happen for several different reasons but they all resolve the same way. Log into your account, in the overview page on the far right hand side, there's a resolution center link and it will say open disputes and claims. Click that link which will open up the resolution center. Inside that there'll be open cases, click on the open case and here you can read about why your money is being frozen. Possibly somebody hasn't revived an item. The buyer is claiming that your item is not as described, select the case that you want to review and then from here you can make comments to the buyer or you can make comments to Paypal directly so they can help you resolve the issue. For instance you may confirm the tracking number with Paypal so you can prove that the item was shipped and the item was received. The best way to resolve the issues though is always by contacting the other party involved in the dispute. Just make sure you have good communication and that's the easiest way to resolve the dispute."
