Hello! My name is Miriam Behar with makeupartistmiriam.com. In this clip, I'm going to show you how to clean your eyeshadow brushes. So, after you're done applying all those beautiful shades of eyeshadow, you can clean them again to prevent any build up of product and bacteria on the brushes so that when you use them again they'll be fresh and clean and the color will go on a lot truer to what you see in the package. So, you'll need some eyeshadow brush cleaner like this. You can find this at any beauty supply store, department store, drug store anything like that. You'll basically pour a small amount into a glass or a plastic container, just a little bit. You're not going to doze the brushes completely but you just want enough. Enough in there just to remove any of the product and also a paper towel. So, you're going to take the brush. On the corner first you're going to wipe it just briefly to remove any excess that you can remove on the towel and then dip the bristles into the cleanser. You'll notice I'm not putting the brush in all the way up to the middle foil which holds the bristles and the brush in place and then I'm going to gently wipe it on the paper towel to remove any of the excess cleanser. After you've cleaned your eyeshadow brushes, don't use them again immediately until they're perfectly dry because you want the alcohol in the cleanser to evaporate completely before using it again. If you use it again immediately afterwards, it may sting your eye. So, I'm going to go back again with another brush. As you see this is a flat brush so wipe it back and forth, dip it into the product just enough to get the bristles wet. And that's how you clean your eyeshadow brushes.
