Using this operating system, you can simply double click on your bitmap, go up to File, Save As, and then you can Rename it if you wish, select the placement of your file which we're going to keep it on the desktop and reselect your format, change it to JPEG. You can change the manner of quality to Best and save it. Your file will be on your desktop in JPEG format. Remember, it's that easy. Just open your file, save as a JPEG and save to your favorite place on the computer and that's how you convert a bitmap to a JPEG."
