"Hi! This is Mark The Shark in Miami Beach, Florida from marktheshark.com. In this clip, we're going to show you how to bait a fishing line with a lure. You've got a nice little lure, little ball here, we'd like to use it off shore. I usually use about three or forty foot leader, maybe fifty pound test leader. Put a line through the lure, here we go. We'll tie the hook on right here and this is basically for a high speed trolley. When the boat is moving really fast, this particular lure goes through the water and it looks like a live bait when it's going pretty fast. Here we go. This is the lure going through the water. Okay? Another way to bait a fishing line is, let's see what we got here. We've got live bait, where is my rod? Here we go. We can use live bait, too. We've got a single hook on here, live bait hook, a little bit of leader, fifty pound test leader. Get our live bait out of the water here. Nice live bait, these are herrings right here. Grab the herring nice and gentle, to the live bait, hook those line to the nose of the fish so we don't hook the fish. The fish can stay alive all day long just like that and we're ready to go. We got a live bait, we got a lure fishing, we got everything ready to go. Let's go catch a big one. If you want to use live bait while you're fishing off shore, live baits are way to go for dolphin, for sailfish, for tunas. If you want to fish for species like amberjacks, wahoo, you want to use a lure, that's all other fishes. Other fishes catch a lot of fish, too, and so do live baits. I'm Mark The Shark, thanks for watching."
