"Choosing a song for your first dance as a wedded couple is something you guys need to really discuss together. If you think back to possibly your first date a song that you guys listened to a song, that reminds you of each other this is something you guys really need to discuss together because this is going to be your first dance together so just remember when picking that song that it has to mean something. If you don't have a song that has meant something to you, look into some slow dance songs that remind you of a wedding. Try and stay away from stuff that is upbeat unless you want to shock your crowd with possibly starting with a little slow dance and breaking out into some crazy Madonna dance where it is choreographed. Which brings me to think about taking dance lessons together for your first dance so it takes the pressure off and you'll have some choreographed material where you'll feel more comfortable on the dance floor. Some suggestion songs you might want to think about are some, if you're into classic rock and that's something that you guys listen to a lot together think of the song like "Faithfully" or think of songs in a title that have something to do with marriage or love and there is a ton of them out there. You can even go back to The Beatles catalog and all sorts like Led Zeppelin can even be a wedding dance if it means something to you. Some other suggestions are look on the Internet, put in some title look for wedding songs, first dance, also talk to your DJ or band. They might have some suggestions as well."
