The question is, "How to kill bed bugs on pets?" Well, bed bugs are quite a pest. They've actually been around for many many years and cause lots of problems with people. They were pretty much thought to be, you know, wiping themselves out in the 70's and 80's, but they kind of make a resurgence in United States in the last decade probably. And so, bed bugs what they are essentially is a little parasite; they're not as small as people think either. They're, they can grow up to about five millimeters and they feed off of mammals and they feed off of blood actually. So they will bite humans and pets. They don't typically live on humans and pets, they just feed off of them and then get off of them essentially. So, bed bugs are kind of hard to kill. They, they were eradicated pretty much so using Deet in those years like I said, but these days, the thing to think about it is if there are bed bugs in environment, they're actually not just living on a pet or; like I said, they don't really naturally live on the pet; they're going to be living in mattresses, in carpeting and that sort of thing. And so, steam cleaning using a, an exterminator company that can help you with that as well; changing the mattresses out or any bedding and things like that are actually some of the best ways and that is, sanitation essentially; is getting rid of any sites that they can live in. They essentially; usually at night, they will come out, try to feed off of the pet or human and then go and find their shelter again. And so the best way is, it's hard to kill them on a pet; you're going to actually kill them in the environment.
