"Hi there guys it's me Nathan Grant here with Evolution Bike Company. And I'm here to talk about bicycle safety. Bicycle safety is one of the most important things about riding a bike. If you are not trying to be safe you can really get seriously hurt and injured. I choose to wear a helmet just because I feel safer with it. A lot of people don't choose to wear helmets but you know, you don't have to, it's just precautionary. You can always wear elbows pads and knee pads too, wear the right shoes. The right shoes can differ for you know ankle problems and stuff. The gloves are another thing you want to think about having. Gloves are all preference. They can save your hands from bad scars and callouses. I don't choose to ride with gloves cause I don't like the feeling of them. But a lot of people do like to wear them. Plus now the UCI it's a mandatory rule to wear them if you run in UCI race. So I guess it's a good thing to be able to ride with gloves but you don't have to wear gloves. When you are on the track racing or when you are even out here on the trails or in riding street or whatever, try and be safe especially on the race track. There's usually you know, seven or eight other guys with you. So just keep it safe for other kids."
