Instructions
  1. Step 1

    for the step one you will need an image with a white background, after in photoshop you need to duplicate the image by draging the layer to the new layer icon after you need to apply a layer effect > Color dodge.

  2. Step 2

    one the layer effect is apply do Commond + I to inverse the colors, after you inverse the colors you need to go filters > blur > gaussian blur play arround with the values until you get the desire result.

  3. Step 3

    animation go to window > animation after go to the animation and under position apply a keyframe also move the image to the left move the timeline to 2 seconds and removed the image all the way to the right notice that a second frame was created. move the time line to frame one and play it! good luck!
