Well, in Pot Limit Omaha tournaments you usually don't want to commit your whole stack before the flop until is mathematically unreasonable to do anything else. So, for most of the tournament no committing for the flop. I'll tell you why. Whereas, for kings you are often going to be what's known as a four to one favorite. In Texas Holdem, in Omaha Holdem you're kings are going to be combined with two other cards. Here, I've got ace eight suited, king king.
