Instructions
  1. Step 1
    All the parts.
    All the parts.

    Making the Body Parts "Cut-Squish-Roll"
Watch the video and take the step by step directions in order. Take a ball of clay and flatten it and shape it into a "taco" or a half moon shape. This is your dino's body. Roll out a coil (snake) of clay and cut it into 4 even pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. Form a little fat cylinder out of each ball of clay. These are your dino's legs. Use your needle to crosshatch the tops of your legs and the corresponding spots on the body. Attach the legs to the body.

  2. Step 2
    Head and Tail
    Head and Tail

Stand your dino right side up and press the legs securely to the body. Take a ball of clay and cut it in half. Roll one half into a cone shape and make a slight hook at the top. This is your dino's neck and head. Slice open the mouth. Take the remaining half of clay and roll it into a cone shape. This is your dino's tail.

  3. Step 3

    Attaching Everything
Now the fun begins. Crosshatch the bottom of the neck and the fatter end of the tail. Crosshatch the corresponding spots on the body. Attach all the pieces. Squish all of the parts so they blend together at the joining points. Make sure you set your neck and head high enough on the body (look at the video) otherwise you'll get a droopy head that won't stand up. Preheat your kitchen oven according to the directions on your polymer clay wrapper. BAKE your dino. Let it COOL. PAINT your eyes and / or details if you want. You're done! Hey Mambo-You ROCK!
