-
Step 1
use one or more steak t-bone or rib-eye, I've used it on any cut i'm going to grill
-
Step 2
in small bowl, mix a couple of dashes ( depending upon your taste ) of teriyaki, worcestershire, soy sauce. one or two drops of liquid mesquite smoke, teaspoon of minced garlic, a few shakes of onion powder, a couple shakes of papper, and a 1/2 cup water.. mix well
-
Step 3
Place steak, or steaks into zip lock bag, or vaccuum type bag, pour marinate over steak and gently rub into steak. seal and let stand for an hour or more. depending on your time schedule. steak should darken and smell great. also steaks should come close to room temp before cooking.
-
Step 4
when ready to cook, heat grill on high. the faster you cook a steak, it seals in flavor and stays tender. close the grill lid about 5 minutes, and flip steaks. another 5 minutes or so for the other side... use your own judgement for your taste and doneness...
